Big Ideas, Real Impact.

Every provider we work with receives intentional, hands-on support from the moment we submit your first credentialing application to the day your practice is fully up and running.

Building a private practice is one of the boldest things a newly licensed provider can do and you should not have to figure it out alone. At Solis Practice Advisors, we are in your corner from day one. We handle the credentialing, the billing setup, the insurance paperwork, and everything in between, so you can pour your energy into what you do best, caring for your clients.

We work exclusively with new providers, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every provider we work with feels supported, informed, and confident from their very first application to their very first paid claim. Your success is personal to us and we do not stop until you get there.

Our Services

  • Foundations is your starting point for private practice ownership. We take care of credentialing for two insurance panels, handle all application prep and follow-up, verify your NPI and taxonomy codes, and get your Availity account up and running. We also guide you through EHR selection, walk you through your first claims, and send you off with our new provider roadmap so you always know what comes next. Thirty days of email support is included so we are just a message away when questions come up.

  • The intermediate package is built for new providers who are ready to hit the ground running with three insurance panels and a fully operational practice. We handle all credentialing applications, submissions, and follow-up for three panels from start to finish. We verify your NPI and taxonomy codes, set up your Availity account, guide you through EHR selection, and complete your full EHR setup so your system is ready to go before your first client walks through the door. You will also receive a fee schedule guidance session so you understand what you can expect to be reimbursed, and a full claims and reports walkthrough so billing never feels like a mystery. Thirty days of denial support and 45 days of email support are included so you always have someone in your corner when things come up.

  • The advanced package is our most comprehensive done-for-you practice launch experience, designed for new providers who want every detail handled with precision and care. We start with a thorough panel selection consultation to identify the four insurance panels that make the most sense for your specialty, location, and long term goals. From there we manage every credentialing application, submission, and follow-up call across all four panels navigating the 60 to 120 day process on your behalf so you never have to wonder where things stand. We verify your NPI and taxonomy codes, enroll you in ERA and EFT so your reimbursements land directly in your account, and get your Availity account fully operational. Your EHR is selected, set up, and ready before your first client appointment. We walk you through claims and reports in detail, and offer 60 days of denial support so your revenue cycle stays healthy from the start. Two strategy calls, 60 days of email and phone support, and our new provider roadmap with everything you need to launch with total confidence.

  • The expert package is for the provider who wants to hand it all off and show up ready to see clients. We handle four insurance credentialing applications from submission to approval, verify your NPI and taxonomy codes, enroll you in ERA and EFT, and set up your Availity account and EHR completely. Custom branded intake and consent forms are created for your practice, your fee schedule strategy is mapped out, and your billing system is built and tested before your doors open. We walk you through claims, reports, and denials so you understand your revenue cycle inside and out. Psychiatric nurse practitioners also receive e-prescribing setup guidance, prior authorization training, and collaborative agreement guidance. Three months of priority same-day support, monthly check-in calls, monthly revenue reporting, and a referral network strategy ensure your practice does not just launch — it grows.
